This grade of timber can be used for numerus types of applications including studwork, timber framing and many more. 

Pre Graded in compliance to British Standard BS5534. The grading process divides timber into classes dependent on there strengths, In the UK the most popular grades are C16, C24 and C25. C16 being the lower of the three. Machined grading requires the timber to undergo several specific stress testing procedures. Timber that has gone through a grading process should bare a stamp identifying its particular grade.

Preservatives protect the wood from attack by wood ingesting insects; like termites, and wood rot caused by fungal decay.
