Returns Policy
Faulty or Damaged Products
In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a full refund, as long as we are notified of the product’s fault within 30 days of it being delivered to you.
Returns and replacements will only be processed after an inspection is made by us once the material in question has been received back at our warehouse. We reserve the right to reject the return or replacement if after a full inspection we fail to identify the damages or confirm that it is a manufacturer fault.
To arrange for the product to be collected, e-mail sales@tchamberstimber.co.uk or telephone us on 0208 534 6318 with your invoice number and details of the product to be returned.
You can also choose to return the product to our branch, with proof of purchase, for a full refund.
All refunds will be made to the account used to purchase the product.
Products Not Required
You can return products you do not require for a refund, provided we are advised of the proposed return within 7 days of the product being delivered to you. A collection charge may be applicable. If you cancel your order within 7 working days (excluding public holidays and weekends) following the date of delivery, we will give you a full refund.
