Returns Policy

Returns – all items, where delivered by Chambers timber will incur a 25% handling charge if returned for any reason.

If transport is required to collect material for return this will incur a carriage charge.

Exceptions will be made for defective products although this must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

 

Exchange – Standard stock items can only be exchanged for items of the same cost or greater.

If transport is required to collect material for exchange, this will incur a carriage charge.

All refunds will be made to the account used to purchase the product.
