Pressure Treatment for Enhanced Longevity To further enhance durability, our timber undergoes a pressure treatment process. This involves forcing high-quality preservatives deep into the timber under pressure. This process offers superior protection against common threats such as wood-ingesting insects (like termites) and fungal decay, which can lead to wood rot. Pressure treatment is widely regarded as the most effective method for extending the lifespan of timber, especially in challenging environments.

Kiln Dried and Regularized for Stability Our 75 x 150 ( 6 x 3) treated timbers are kiln dried to reduce its moisture content, ensuring greater dimensional stability and minimizing the risk of warping, shrinking, or splitting. Additionally, it is machined and regularized to create smooth surfaces and consistent dimensions, making it easier to handle, cut, and install while providing a polished finish.
