Established in 1952, Chambers Timber are one of London’s longest established merchants and suppliers of trade and commercial timbers for over 72 years. Based in East London with 2 timber depots, Chambers supplies a wide variety of tradespeople, contractors, builders and companies across London, Greater London and neighbouring counties.

In addition to supplying the timbers, Chambers is proud to offer customers much valued support services such has delivery, sheet cutting, firrings cutting, timber sourcing, mill-to-spec and free professional advice. At both depots are onsite shops for timber fixings, treatments, building supplies and tools.

Of particular interest to tradespeople, Chambers are regional specialist stockists of premium plywoods for high-end carpentry and joinery projects such as Birch, Poplar, Oak, Garnica Maple, Buffalo, Douglas Fir and Marine to name a few.

If a particular type of timber and specification is required and not in stock, Chambers have access to major UK, Scandinavian and European suppliers and local ports within 2-7 days.
